Datuk Hjh. Masnah Binti Matsalleh was appointed as a Non-Independent Director of SSB and its subsidiary companies Saham Sabah Global Ltd, SSB Investment Sdn. Bhd. and Wangsa Bernas Sdn. Bhd. on 17^th February 2023. She graduated with a Master Degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, Australia and had 39 years of experience in the Sabah State Civil Service. She had served in various senior capacities including as a Director in the Women’s Affairs Department, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Local Government & Housing and as a Deputy State Secretary (Administration) in the Chief Minister Department prior to her retirement on 31^st December 2021.

Datuk Hjh. Masnah had participated in International Forums including the World Women Forum Paris in 2017 and ASEAN Mayor’s Forum Bangkok in 2019. In 2020, she was a Speaker in the World Urban Forum hosted in Abu Dhabi and in 2021, she acts as the Co-Chairman of Sabah Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force Management Team to coordinate the implementation of the National Covid-19 immunisation programme in Sabah. Her involvement and contributions towards the Government and society had been recognized having been awarded the ‘Sabah Outstanding Women’s Award 2021’.

Currently Datuk Hjh. Masnah sits on the Board of Borneo Samudera Sdn. Bhd. and is actively involved in various NGOs with her current role as the Chairman of MUIS Higher Education Scholarship Committee, Vice President of Sabah Brunei Society Association, Board of Trustees Yayasan Kebajikan Sabah and Board of Trustees Yayasan Dangsanak. On 18 January 2024, she was appointed on the Board of Jentayu Sustainables Berhad, a public listed company.
